- Oversee daily operations of hotel, restaurant, and boat services
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Implement and maintain service excellence standards across all departments
- Monitor financial performance, including cost control and revenue optimization
- Coordinate cross-departmental operations for seamless guest experiences
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Handle guest complaints and ensure high satisfaction rates
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in hotel/restaurant operations management
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong financial acumen with budget management experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian tourism industry standards
- Proficiency in hospitality management software systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
