Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and manage the full operational lifecycle of industrial automation and electrical power system projects.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Oversee technical compliance with I&C and electrical safety standards, ensuring all installations meet rigorous quality benchmarks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory bodies throughout the project duration.
- Monitor site progress across various Selangor locations (PJ/Subang/Shah Alam/Klang/Puchong) to address operational bottlenecks immediately.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize resource allocation and improve project profit margins.
- Ensure stringent adherence to Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies across all job sites.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of professional experience in industrial project management, specifically within Automation or I&C.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale electrical power or instrumentation projects.
- Strong proficiency in project management software and methodologies (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or Agile).
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage complex cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian industrial safety regulations and local electrical codes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
