Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and lead non-exempt work groups, ensuring efficient task assignment and attendance monitoring
- Drive operational excellence in insurance account management processes
- Implement and monitor performance metrics to ensure service quality standards are met
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage team performance through regular coaching, feedback, and development initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Prepare and present operational reports to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the insurance or BPO sector
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven track record of success
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of insurance industry processes and regulations
- Proficiency in performance metrics and KPI monitoring
