Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple coffee shop locations to ensure efficiency and service quality
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance productivity and profitability
- Manage staff scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and team development
- Monitor inventory, supply chain logistics, and cost control measures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to execute brand initiatives
- Handle customer feedback resolution and service recovery protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management within F&B or retail
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Strong analytical abilities and data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and POS platforms
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in English and Tagalog communication
