Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to optimize mall efficiency and profitability.
- Oversee daily facility management, including building maintenance, landscaping, security, and cleaning services.
- Manage relationships with mall tenants, ensuring high occupancy rates and proactive conflict resolution.
- Supervise, train, and mentor operational staff to deliver exceptional service standards.
- Monitor and manage the operational budget, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure full compliance with all local health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support events and promotions that drive foot traffic.
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management regarding facility KPIs and operational challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mall operations, retail management, or property development.
- Proven track record in facility management and vendor contract negotiations.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing large, multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong financial acumen, including budget planning and P&L responsibility.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
- Willingness to be based in Ketapang, Kalimantan Barat.
