Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production flow and optimal efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs while maintaining high-quality output.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure the timely delivery of products to meet customer demand.
- Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations and company policies.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with logistics teams to streamline transport operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the metal manufacturing or engineering industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control systems (ISO), and lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Proven track record of leading teams and driving operational KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and manufacturing software.
- Valid class D driving license is an added advantage.
