Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B branches, ensuring compliance with company standards and quality protocols
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability
  • Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers to build high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, labor costs, inventory management, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between marketing, supply chain, and finance departments
  • Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all branches
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive F&B operations management experience with multi-site oversight
  • Proven track record of driving profitability through cost optimization and process improvement
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and inventory control
  • Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to develop and manage diverse teams
  • Deep knowledge of F&B industry regulations, safety standards, and operational best practices
  • Advanced proficiency in operational management software and data analytics tools
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
