Join PT IBMC Business Group as an Operations Manager for our multi-branch F&B operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of multiple F&B branches, ensuring compliance with company standards and quality protocols
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch managers to build high-performing teams aligned with organizational goals
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales, labor costs, inventory management, and customer satisfaction
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives between marketing, supply chain, and finance departments
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and regulatory requirements across all branches
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and implement corrective actions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive F&B operations management experience with multi-site oversight
- Proven track record of driving profitability through cost optimization and process improvement
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, P&L management, and inventory control
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated ability to develop and manage diverse teams
- Deep knowledge of F&B industry regulations, safety standards, and operational best practices
- Advanced proficiency in operational management software and data analytics tools
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written)
