- Oversee daily operations of F&B retail outlet ensuring brand consistency and service excellence
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and profitability
- Manage inventory control, procurement, and supply chain logistics for Korean F&B products
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high performance standards
- Monitor sales metrics and implement growth initiatives to achieve targets
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with marketing team on promotional campaigns and brand development
- Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in F&B operations management
- Proven expertise in Korean cuisine or F&B brands
- Strong leadership skills with staff development experience
- Advanced knowledge of inventory management and supply chain logistics
- Data-driven decision making with sales analysis capabilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
