Are you a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for operational excellence and multifunctional facility management? We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our high-traffic Sports, Cafe, and Business Centre facility in Jakarta Selatan.
In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You will ensure that every guest experienceâfrom their morning coffee to their business meetings and recreational activitiesâis seamless, professional, and memorable. We are looking for an inspiring leader who can bridge the gap between back-of-house operational discipline and front-of-house service excellence, driving both commercial performance and brand reputation.
You will lead a diverse team, manage facility maintenance, optimize revenue streams across our sports and cafe outlets, and implement rigorous service standards that align with global hospitality benchmarks. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive operational strategies to optimize performance across the Sports, Cafe, and Business Centre units.
- Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and facility maintenance to ensure a premium environment for all members and guests.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery and high staff morale.
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficiency and consistent product quality in the F&B department.
- Monitor daily P&L performance, analyzing key metrics to drive revenue growth and operational cost savings.
- Implement customer feedback loops and service protocols to continuously improve guest satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee facility-wide security and health and safety compliance, ensuring adherence to local regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in facility operations, specifically within F&B, hotels, or premium recreational clubs.
- Proven track record in managing multifunctional facilities with diverse revenue streams.
- Strong financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate cross-functional teams.
- High proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required by business operations.
