You will work closely with senior leadership to implement business strategies, enhance the customer experience, and maintain operational excellence across all store functions. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and optimize daily store operations to ensure peak performance and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage P&L responsibilities, including cost control, inventory management, and revenue growth initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house and back-of-house teams to maintain high service standards.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation protocols in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure efficient procurement and quality consistency.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance store efficiency and minimize waste.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role within the F&B or retail sector.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
  • Deep understanding of F&B operational workflows, including inventory management and cost control.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Proven ability to solve problems under pressure and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
