  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the US Pioneer Team, ensuring adherence to company standards and client requirements.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of supervisors and staff to achieve performance targets and foster professional growth.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, preparing reports for senior management.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and drive initiatives to streamline workflows and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including HR, Finance, and Client Services to align operations with business goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements.
  • Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and capacity planning for the team.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a BPO, IT, or hospitality setting.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management and process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
