Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise the warehouse team to ensure high productivity and safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels closely to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Implement and enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with production and procurement teams to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and cost reduction.
- Manage the relationship with logistics partners and transport providers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Proven experience in leading and managing a diverse team.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software (e.g., SAP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Valid Forklift License (Certificate of Competency) is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English; ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
