In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between technical design and shop-floor execution, ensuring that our metalcraft projects are delivered with elite quality and strict adherence to project timelines.
As our Operations Officer, you will be the backbone of our production workflow. You will be responsible for interpreting complex blueprints, coordinating with fabricators, and optimizing our operational processes to ensure we continue to set the industry standard. Tanggung Jawab
- Interpret and translate technical blueprints and engineering drawings for the fabrication team.
- Oversee daily shop-floor production activities to ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols.
- Monitor project timelines and proactively resolve bottlenecks to guarantee on-time delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and improve efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure every output meets company standards.
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and coordinate with suppliers to maintain production momentum.
- Prepare regular operational reports for management regarding productivity, material usage, and project status.
- Foster a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and technical precision among the workshop staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in manufacturing, metal fabrication, or heavy industrial operations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, CAD drawings, and specifications.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on process optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate shop-floor teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with inventory management software.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven manufacturing environment.
