Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery and operational efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock audits to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock turnover.
- Collaborate with warehousing, procurement, and sales teams to streamline workflows and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Ensure full compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare and present comprehensive operational reports, including KPIs, performance metrics, and cost analysis, to senior management.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead the implementation of best practices across the operations department.
- Assist in the training, supervision, and scheduling of operational staff to maintain high performance and productivity levels.
- Liaise with external vendors, suppliers, and customers to facilitate smooth end-to-end supply chain operations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in an operations, logistics, or supply chain role.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle NetSuite) is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
