As an Interchange Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bus interchange, leading a diverse team of Bus Captains, and upholding the highest safety and service standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day operations at the bus interchange to ensure adherence to schedules and service standards.
- Manage, mentor, and lead a pool of Bus Captains and Assistant Interchange Supervisors to maintain operational efficiency.
- Oversee customer experience management, addressing commuter feedback and incidents with professionalism and empathy.
- Monitor bus arrival and departure timings, providing real-time adjustments and support during peak hours or service disruptions.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and security protocols across all interchange facilities.
- Prepare accurate operational reports and documentation for management review.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline transit processes and improve service reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably within the transport, logistics, or customer service sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse teams.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as per operational requirements.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools.
- A proactive mindset with excellent critical thinking and crisis management abilities.
