Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits to ensure zero discrepancy.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Implement and monitor sustainability practices within warehouse workflows to reduce waste.
- Handle documentation and administrative tasks related to warehouse shipping and receiving.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and workplace safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management, inventory control, or logistics.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multi-tasking.
- Physical ability to handle warehouse environments and occasional stock movement.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
- Knowledge of supply chain safety standards and local logistics regulations.
- Prior experience in the manufacturing or transport sector is highly preferred.
