Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end waste and scrap disposal operations to ensure alignment with company standards and environmental regulations.
- Manage relationships with regional vendors, ensuring timely service, accurate reporting, and cost-effective procurement practices.
- Monitor site-level compliance regarding hazardous waste handling and scrap metal categorization.
- Conduct regular audits of waste management facilities to ensure safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Coordinate logistics for the collection, segregation, and disposal of industrial automotive scrap.
- Prepare periodic performance reports detailing waste disposal volumes, recycling rates, and cost efficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements in resource recovery.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in operations, waste management, or industrial logistics.
- Solid understanding of environmental compliance and local waste disposal regulations in Malaysia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage vendor contracts and monitor KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively between internal departments and external contractors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) for operational reporting.
- Willingness to travel to various operational sites within the region as required.
