Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all waste and scrap operations across the facility
- Ensure compliance with local environmental regulations and company policies
- Coordinate with regional vendors for waste collection, transportation, and disposal
- Implement and monitor green procurement practices to minimize waste generation
- Develop and maintain waste management documentation and reporting systems
- Analyze waste data to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement
- Train staff on proper waste segregation and handling procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to implement sustainable practices throughout the organization
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in waste management or operations in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Certification in waste management or environmental management is a plus
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
