Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily depot operations including bus movement, parking allocation, and resource scheduling
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing and repairs of fleet vehicles
- Monitor inventory of spare parts, equipment, and consumables for operational efficiency
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance standards within depot premises
- Assist in staff supervision and task delegation for depot personnel
- Conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and safety systems
- Prepare operational reports and documentation for management review
- Support incident management and resolution during operational disruptions
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in depot operations, logistics, or transport field
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures and safety regulations
- Proficiency in using depot management systems and office software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for team coordination
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
