We are currently seeking a dynamic Operations Project Manager for our Southeast Asia (SEA) region.
In this 10-month fixed-term contract role, you will take the lead on critical operational projects, driving efficiency and innovation within our supply chain. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, manage project lifecycles from initiation to closure, and deliver measurable results that align with Fonterraâs strategic goals.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles for operational initiatives in the SEA region.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain partners, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or operations within the manufacturing or logistics sector.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
