Simultaneously, you'll assist in monitoring occupancy trends, analyzing revenue data, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in daily front office operations including reception duties and reservation management
- Handle guest inquiries, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and professionalism
- Support revenue management tasks such as monitoring occupancy rates and room pricing
- Prepare daily reports on front desk performance and revenue metrics
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments for seamless operations
- Process payments and manage billing procedures accurately
- Assist in implementing revenue optimization strategies under supervision
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality/Tourism Management or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in front office or revenue operations
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office
- Strong numerical skills with attention to financial details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of hospitality revenue management principles preferred
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
