In this vital role, you will act as the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our workshop, sales, and internal departments remain perfectly synchronized.

Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate the efficient movement of goods and documentation between the workshop, sales team, and administrative departments.
- Maintain clear communication channels to ensure operational workflows remain uninterrupted.
- Assist in the preparation and dispatch of operational materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to support workshop requirements and supply levels.
- Identify and report any logistical delays or equipment issues to management immediately.
- Maintain accurate logs and records of all operational movements and deliveries.
- Provide ad-hoc support to various teams to facilitate smooth business operations during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- At least a GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certificate or equivalent.
- Prior experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or a similar runner role is a plus.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to handle on-the-go operational tasks.
- Exceptional time management skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment.
- Basic proficiency in English and the ability to use mobile communication tools effectively.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
