As an Operations Scheduler, you will be the backbone of our daily rental activities. You will play a critical role in coordinating vehicle deployments, managing booking schedules, and ensuring that our fleet is perfectly aligned with customer demands. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and manage daily vehicle scheduling, assignments, and rental bookings.
- Monitor fleet availability to ensure optimal utilization and timely turnaround.
- Communicate effectively with on-ground teams to track vehicle movement and maintenance status.
- Address customer scheduling inquiries and resolve logistical conflicts promptly.
- Prepare accurate daily operations reports and update internal management systems.
- Ensure all rental activities comply with company safety and operational policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline rental processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels, or a Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business Management.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or fleet coordination roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word) and basic database management.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- A valid Class 3 driving license is highly preferred.
- Ability to commit to flexible shifts or operational hours as required by the business.
