Premium Vegetable Oils is a leading player in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality vegetable oil products. We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Operations Senior Executive to oversee our daily operations, optimize processes, manage teams, and drive continuous efficiency improvements across our facility in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

You will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring smooth coordination between supply chain activities, warehousing, and distribution functions.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement best practices, reduce operational costs, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage daily inbound and outbound operations to ensure seamless workflow and timely delivery
- Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance productivity
- Supervise and mentor operations team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Coordinate with procurement, warehousing, and logistics teams to ensure inventory accuracy and availability
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions when necessary
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to achieve cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
- Strong knowledge of inbound and outbound logistics operations and supply chain management
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
