Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and communicate project status, risks, and issues to Cognizant and client management teams
- Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer programs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation and progress reports
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and timely deliverables
- Implement process improvements and best practices across operations workflows
- Act as primary liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Track KPIs and performance metrics to ensure project alignment with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations, project coordination, or similar role
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum)
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills with experience leading training sessions
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships across organizational levels
- Experience with project management tools (Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project)
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities
