Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring 100% accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to optimize shipping routes and reduce transit times.
- Maintain precise inventory control through regular audits and system updates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer support inquiries regarding order status and product delivery.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements.
- Collaborate with international sales teams to support multi-channel expansion.
- Ensure compliance with all warehouse and distribution safety protocols.
- Generate daily and weekly operational performance reports for management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or logistics coordination.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and e-commerce platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage inventory data effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
