- Coordinate end-to-end shipment lifecycle management from booking to delivery
- Optimize operational workflows to enhance service quality and cost efficiency
- Manage customs documentation and compliance requirements for international shipments
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock rotation protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, customs, warehouse) for seamless operations
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and KPIs
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve shipment exceptions proactively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or Logistics preferred
- 1-3 years experience in freight forwarding or logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics management software (SAP, TMS, or WMS)
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (APICS, CSCP) is advantageous
