Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery across all sales platforms.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to streamline supply chain and distribution workflows.
- Maintain precise inventory control, conducting regular audits to reconcile stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer support inquiries regarding order status and shipping logistics.
- Monitor global sales channel performance and provide actionable insights for process improvements.
- Execute daily administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company operational standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with warehouse management to optimize storage and fulfillment efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in operations, logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of global shipping processes and e-commerce channel management.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a high level of integrity regarding data management.
