- Manage and monitor the end-to-end operational processes for AYDA (Agunan Yang Diambil Alih / Assets Taken Over) and auction activities.
- Ensure the accurate and timely transfer of ownership for foreclosed assets, adhering to all legal and procedural requirements.
- Conduct thorough validation of document completeness and accuracy for all AYDA and auction-related matters.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments (e.g., Legal, Risk Management, Collections) and external parties (e.g., auctioneers, public notaries) to facilitate smooth operations.
- Maintain comprehensive records and generate insightful reports on the status of the AYDA portfolio and auction outcomes.
- Ensure strict adherence to all relevant banking regulations, internal policies, and compliance standards.
- Identify potential operational risks and implement proactive measures to mitigate them.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve and streamline AYDA and auction processes for enhanced efficiency and effectiveness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in banking operations, with specific exposure to AYDA, collateral management, asset recovery, or legal processes in a financial institution.
- Solid understanding of Indonesian banking regulations, legal frameworks, and procedures pertaining to asset foreclosure and auctions.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant banking systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
