Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end logistics operations for crude oil and refined product shipments, ensuring timely delivery and accurate documentation.
- Coordinate closely with shipping agents, brokers, and terminals to optimize vessel schedules and storage arrangements.
- Ensure strict compliance with international maritime regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and propose process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Review and verify shipping documents, including bills of lading, certificates of origin, and quality certificates.
- Liaise with internal trading teams to align operational capabilities with market demand and commercial strategies.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on operational performance and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in oil and gas trading operations or logistics.
- Strong knowledge of crude oil specifications, refining processes, and product logistics.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively with external partners.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as required by operational needs.
