Join Nawawi Tie as an Operations Supervisor and lead our dynamic manufacturing and logistics operations in Kuala Lumpur. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
- Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to meet production targets
- Lead and develop cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of safety and operational excellence
- Coordinate with maintenance, quality control, and supply chain departments to resolve operational issues
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or logistics supervision
- Strong technical background in production processes and equipment maintenance
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams of 10+ members
- Proficiency in ERP systems and operational performance analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is highly desirable
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication
