Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and workflow optimization
- Implement and maintain safety protocols, cleanliness standards, and equipment maintenance procedures
- Train and develop team members through performance coaching and skill-building workshops
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency
- Coordinate logistics and supply chain activities to ensure seamless inventory flow
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational escalations with prompt, effective solutions
- Prepare operational reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in retail or logistics operations
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and supply chain principles
- Certification in workplace safety protocols (e.g., WSH Singapore) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train diverse teams
- Proficiency in operational reporting tools and data analysis
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management advantageous
