- Supervise and coordinate daily operations across warehouse, production, and logistics to ensure smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of operations staff and team leaders to achieve high performance and professional growth.
- Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (e.g., cost, output, turnaround time, error rates) and implement data-driven improvements.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and efficient stock rotation practices.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations (OHSAS/ISO standards).
- Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to optimize delivery schedules and minimize downtime.
- Prepare detailed operational reports for senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, and strategic recommendations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing, warehousing, or logistics environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control principles.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious targets.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experienced with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or local equivalents).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Willing to work onsite in San Pedro City, Laguna and amenable to a shifting schedule, including weekends if necessary.
