Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of the facility, ensuring all activities align with company policies and industry regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of operational staff, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.
- Develop, implement, and monitor operational procedures and KPIs to optimize workflow, reduce costs, and maximize productivity.
- Manage inventory levels, logistics schedules, and resource allocation to ensure timely fulfillment and efficient stock rotation.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and organize training programs to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, leading regular safety audits and emergency drills.
- Collaborate closely with Warehouse, Transport, and Production teams to resolve bottlenecks and streamline end-to-end processes.
- Prepare and present detailed operational reports, analyzing data to identify operational trends, issues, and strategic improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven supervisory experience within a Manufacturing, Transport, or Logistics environment.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills with the proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume setting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and experience with ERP or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies is a significant advantage.
- Must be willing to work in Metro Manila and be amenable to shifting schedules, extended hours, and occasional weekend work.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to management.
