We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Operations Supervisor to lead our team in Makati City. This role is critical to ensuring our daily operations are executed efficiently and effectively. You will be responsible for supervising staff, monitoring performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. As a key member of our operations team, you will collaborate with various departments to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient workflow across departments.
- Supervise and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets.
- Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance and quality.
- Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery and resource availability.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports, identifying trends and recommending corrective actions.
- Ensure a safe and clean work environment in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in operations supervision or similar role, preferably in manufacturing or logistics.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Proven ability to analyze data and make decisions to improve operational performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and operations management software.
