- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Lead and mentor a team of operations staff through performance coaching and skill development
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols and quality control standards
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with logistics, transportation, and inventory teams
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or warehouse management
- Proven leadership experience with team management responsibilities
