Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of assigned Pistasha stalls through regular field visits and monitoring
- Manage and train stall staff to ensure compliance with brand standards and operational protocols
- Monitor inventory levels, stock rotation, and supply chain logistics to prevent shortages
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for product presentation and customer service
- Coordinate with logistics teams for timely restocking and vendor communications
- Address operational challenges and implement corrective actions in real-time
- Prepare performance reports and recommend process improvements for operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in supervisory or operations management role
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and manage field teams
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and point-of-sale operations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities in fast-paced retail environments
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations for food service operations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
