Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years supervisory experience in logistics/manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and compliance standards
- Proficiency in workforce management and performance metrics
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Valid forklift operator certification preferred
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems
