- Assist Assistant General Manager in overseeing all departmental functions and operational activities
- Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality standards, and regulatory compliance
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve operational KPIs and deadlines
- Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Implement process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and reduce costs
- Manage inventory control systems and supply chain logistics for seamless operations
- Prepare comprehensive operational reports and recommendations for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or logistics environments
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management and mentoring abilities
- Expertise in process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma preferred)
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and operational management software
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
