Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise warehouse floor operations, ensuring all activities comply with safety and company protocols.
- Manage shift scheduling and personnel deployment to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor cold storage temperature logs and equipment performance to ensure product integrity.
- Supervise loading, unloading, and inventory storage processes to minimize downtime and errors.
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices for handling frozen goods and hazardous materials.
- Collaborate with logistics and administrative teams to fulfill daily order processing requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive shift reports, identifying areas for process improvement and resource optimization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, ideally within the cold storage or food manufacturing sector.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of warehouse personnel.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and safety regulations (OSHA/local equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of bridging the gap between floor operations and management.
- High proficiency in inventory control, cold chain logistics, and supply chain best practices.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends or holidays, as required by warehouse demands.
