Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of operational staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, accuracy, and safety
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, inventory management, and stock control
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal departments to resolve operational issues
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate records for management review
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
