- Oversee daily depot maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance
- Lead and develop a skilled maintenance team through coaching, training, and performance management
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, maintenance schedules, and quality control standards
- Coordinate cross-functional projects to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency
- Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical system failures using engineering principles
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage maintenance budgets, inventory control, and resource allocation effectively
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance operations with 2+ years in supervisory roles
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, preventive maintenance, and reliability engineering
- Proven experience in high-pressure industrial environments with safety-critical operations
- Certification in maintenance management (e.g., CMRP) or project management is advantageous
- Advanced problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
