This is a critical role responsible for driving fleet readiness to 90% and maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
As the Operations Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our site activities, overseeing daily workflows, managing personnel, and ensuring seamless coordination between ground logistics and offshore requirements. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with a deep understanding of marine and offshore logistics, a commitment to operational excellence, and the ability to mentor teams to achieve high-performance targets.

- Lead and oversee daily yard operations to ensure optimal resource allocation and workflow efficiency.
- Drive fleet readiness targets, consistently aiming for 90% availability through proactive maintenance and management.
- Champion a culture of workplace safety by strictly enforcing HSE protocols and conducting regular site audits.
- Manage and mentor on-site teams, providing clear direction and fostering high performance.
- Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely support for offshore operations.
- Monitor site KPIs and prepare detailed operational reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to resolve operational bottlenecks and resource constraints.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marine Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations supervision, ideally within the offshore, marine, or heavy manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of offshore logistics, fleet maintenance, and site operations management.
- Proven track record in driving operational efficiency and safety compliance (HSE standards).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams in a high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite.
- Willingness to be based in Labuan and handle the demands of an active yard environment.
