We are seeking a highly motivated and disciplined Operations Supervisor to oversee our scrap yard and recycling operations in Jurong West. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily scrap yard and recycling operations to ensure seamless workflow and output goals.
- Supervise, mentor, and lead a team of operational staff to ensure peak performance and adherence to company policies.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Coordinate logistics and material handling activities, including inventory tracking and site organization.
- Monitor machinery and equipment status to schedule timely maintenance and minimize operational downtime.
- Analyze daily productivity metrics and implement improvements to optimize site efficiency.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report operational status to management.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an operations or supervisory role within manufacturing, logistics, or recycling sectors.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth knowledge of industrial safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to daily challenges.
- Proficiency in basic digital inventory management or operational reporting tools.
