Envi-Comm Corporation, a leading provider of environmental services, is seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Supervisor (Trucking Services) to oversee our daily hauling activities in Cebu City. In this role, you will manage critical operations including septic waste collection, hazardous waste transport, and other specialized trucking services, ensuring efficiency, safety, and full regulatory compliance.
You will lead a team of drivers and logistics staff, coordinate schedules, monitor fleet performance, and optimize routes to reduce costs while maintaining exceptional service standards. Your leadership will directly contribute to the smooth and safe execution of our operations, impacting both our customers and the environment positively.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and coordinate daily trucking operations, including driver scheduling and route planning for waste collection and transport services.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, environmental laws, and company policies, particularly for hazardous waste handling.
- Monitor fleet maintenance schedules, vehicle inspections, and driver compliance to guarantee operational readiness.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a team of drivers and logistics staff, fostering a culture of safety and accountability.
- Optimize operational efficiency by analyzing routes, fuel usage, and delivery timelines to minimize costs and improve service quality.
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, incident reports, and compliance documentation for audits and reporting.
- Act as a liaison with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams to resolve issues promptly and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, reduce downtime, and achieve KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in logistics, trucking, or transport operations, preferably in waste management or hazardous materials.
- Proven supervisory or team leadership experience with excellent management skills.
- Strong knowledge of safety and compliance standards for hazardous waste transportation and disposal.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficient in fleet management software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid professional driver's license is an advantage but not mandatory.
