Join HAVI's dynamic warehouse operations team as an Operations Supervisor, where you'll be instrumental in driving efficiency and excellence in our supply chain processes. This pivotal role requires you to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring seamless coordination between teams and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). You'll serve as a communication bridge between internal departments and external partners, maintaining clarity and responsiveness in all interactions. Your expertise will directly impact inventory accuracy, workflow optimization, and safety compliance, making you a key driver of operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch activities
- Enforce strict adherence to SOPs and safety protocols
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement) and external vendors
- Monitor inventory levels and implement stock management strategies
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Conduct regular operational audits and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years warehouse supervision or operations management experience
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse software
