- Oversee daily yard planning activities to optimize container storage and retrieval operations
- Supervise and coordinate terminal staff, ensuring adherence to safety procedures and operational standards
- Analyze yard utilization data to implement space optimization strategies and reduce congestion
- Coordinate with shipping lines, truckers, and internal departments for seamless cargo movement
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to maintain service level agreements
- Manage equipment allocation and maintenance schedules for yard machinery
- Lead incident investigations and continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in port operations or logistics supervision
- Strong knowledge of container terminal operations and yard management systems
- Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., TOS, yard management systems)
- Valid forklift license and equipment operation certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts in outdoor port environment
