Tanggung Jawab
- Support inventory planning and forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or excess.
- Coordinate purchase orders from issuance through delivery, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Process invoices, verify billing details, and resolve discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
- Monitor supply chain performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
- Assist in logistics coordination, including shipment tracking and warehouse operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, contracts, and vendor communications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or operations coordination.
- Strong understanding of inventory planning, procurement, and invoicing processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
