In this role, you will be the vital link between our manufacturing capabilities and our global market. You will take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain process for a specific product portfolio. This includes liaising with French-speaking suppliers abroad to secure high-quality raw materials, working closely with our production team to ensure manufacturing schedules are met, and coordinating with freight forwarders to guarantee seamless door-to-door delivery for our international clients. Your attention to detail will ensure that every shipment is compliant with international trade laws and arrives exactly on schedule.
As an Operations & Supply Coordinator, your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around operational excellence. You will analyze supply chain data to forecast demand, optimize inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, and resolve any logistical issues that arise with confidence and efficiency. You will also be responsible for preparing detailed operational reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as on-time delivery rates, supplier performance, and cost-saving opportunities.

Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary communication bridge for French-speaking suppliers and clients, ensuring clarity and strong working relationships across borders.
- Oversee daily supply chain operations including procurement planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment for furniture components and finished goods.
- Coordinate production schedules with the manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource allocation.
- Manage international shipping documentation, customs clearance processes, and compliance with trade regulations.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supply chain efficiency, cost management, and vendor performance.
- Identify and resolve supply chain disruptions proactively, implementing corrective actions to minimize operational downtime.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure incoming materials and outgoing products meet Omana Furniture's rigorous quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in French and English (written and verbal) is mandatory. Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in operations coordination, supply chain management, or procurement within a manufacturing environment (furniture industry is a strong plus).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills with experience handling international suppliers and clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, forecast demand, and make informed decisions.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
