Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily office operations, including scheduling and resource allocation.
- Prepare and maintain accurate administrative records, reports, and documentation.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendor management and service providers.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and internal communications.
- Process incoming inquiries via email and phone, directing them to the appropriate teams.
- Perform data entry and regular updates to internal databases.
- Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative support or operations roles (1-2 years preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with CRM software or office management tools is a plus.
